Senior Engineer

Dave is an experienced Drupal developer and community member. In addition to maintaining numerous modules, he is also one of the leading contributors to Drupal 7. Dave is an active member of the Drupal security team, and helps to maintain the drupal.org website and code repository. An Omaha native, he's also a big fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Dave provides consultation, development, and programming services.

What do you do outside of Palantir?

I’m an avid Nebraska college football fan so if I can afford to go to a game I will likely be there cheering them on. I also love to cook and try out fun new recipes. I have two cats named Athena and Rodney, named after BSG and SGA characters respectively.

But anyone else will tell you what I do outside of Palantir is “work on Drupal.” I do have a lot of modules I lead or co-maintain but I am always trying to find the right balance between work, Drupal and life.

If you had your own spaceship, where would you take it?

To somewhere where time machines exist.

If you had your own time machine, when would you take it?

To the time when spaceships were invented.

Battlestar Galatica (remake) or Firefly.

A kitten rancher. Or a software engineer.
